I’ve made this chocolatey crunchy homemade cereal in the air fryer for a post work out meal… or midday snack if you’re craving something sweet without the sugar.

Ingredients to make homemade keto cocoa puffs cereal

You’ll need oat flour, raw cacao powder, vegan protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, coconut oil and vegan milk of your choice.

Brands I used for this recipe…

For the oat flour, I always like to use Bob’s red mill oat flour. I always go for this brand whenever I can. For the raw cacao powder I use Navita’s Organic. As for the protein powder, I’ve been using the vanilla whole meal replacement powder from Ka’Chava. I gravitate towards the Nutiva brand for coconut oil. As for the vegan milk, I’ve been implementing organic unsweetened soy milk into my diet

I made this in my air fryer. This air fryer has been an incredible tool for the kitchen. I highly recommend the one I got here.

How to make these vegan cocoa puffs cereal…

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and whisk until well combined.

Then add in melted coconut oil and vegan milk of your choice.

With the palm of your hand, roll mixture into 1/2″-1″ balls.

Air fry them at 350° for 14 minutes.

Allow it to cool down, toss into a bowl and pour with your favorite vegan milk.

*Note: if you decide to use a different type of vegan milk, then you may need to use less vegan milk when making the mixture*
